Ethics Policy of Spark Advocates
Spark Advocates upholds the highest standards of integrity, professional honour, and loyalty to the judicial administration of Bangladesh. We strictly observe the Canons of Professional Conduct and Etiquette framed under the Bangladesh Legal Practitioners and Bar Council Order 1972.
1. Duty to the Client & Complete Confidentiality
All communications, records, and disclosures made by clients to our advocates are protected by inviolable professional secrecy under the Evidence Act 1872.
2. Conflict of Interest Screening
Before accepting any retainer, we perform rigorous conflict checks to ensure our advocates have no prior representation or conflicting loyalties regarding the opposing party.
3. Professional Fee Transparency
All professional fees, court expenses, and filing costs are agreed upon transparently with the client beforehand. No hidden or unauthorized charges are imposed.
